A 1956 Bobby Marlow card. This set of cards is the first team set, making this the 8th Roughrider card ever made. This set of cards was unique as they were purchased blank and the image was produced by pressing developing paper together with the item, and briefly immersing both in water. In 1956 this was an amazing product, but this technique was never used again.
Marlow played for the Riders from 1953 to 1960 and played both offense (RB)and defense (DB). He was an All-star 5 times in 8 years

Lobotomy Room Enters Stadium Naming Rights Bidding!
PRESS RELEASE FOR DISSIPATION
Sept. 20, 2012
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
STADIUM NAMING RIGHTS
REGINA (AP) – Lobotomy Room is excited to announce it anticipates being considered as naming rights holder for the new stadium. Should Lobotomy Room be successful in our bid, and as the Roughriders transition from old to new, an eye to the past and the team’s history would be recognized in numerous ways including an onsite team museum that will be home to; player profiles, news articles, pictures, videos, team items, and memorabilia. Lobotomy Room is the long standing leader in preserving Rider history, which make us a natural choice for a naming rights proposal. Based on our experience building an iconic Riders collection, we anticipate involvement as a museum consultant and the possibility exists of the entire site being named; Lobotomyroom.com Stadium & Museum.
Lobotomy Room’s head curator states; “Honoring the teams storied and proud past as the Roughriders move into the future is very important to the community. Having Lobotomy Room as a partner going forward would be a dream come true for us. We are thrilled about a possible contribution based on our extensive documentation of Rider history”.
Stay tuned in the coming months for more information regarding great additions to the new home of the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
